the staff was super helpful. i loved the location near public transport. the breakfast was good with many dishes. coffee, tea, and cookies were available all day, what a treat!

the kettle cord in the room didn't reach the wall socket. i had to make tea on the floor. there was no place for clothes or accessories. i could hang a couple of items against a wall, that's it.

The staff were very helpful. I found that acceptable. the breakfast was good, but not amazing!!!

I found a significant issue. The lack of air conditioning was a problem. the humidity in the room was terrible after a shower, requiring me to open the window. the absence of a fridge in the room was also quite disappointing.
